Data and purposes
The site processes technical data needed to serve pages and prevent abuse.
Online enquiries are currently disabled: this website does not collect enquiries through forms. You can contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. In these cases, NLR processes the contact details and information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
Do not send identity documents, payment data or unnecessary information. Details provided to our office are used to answer enquiries and take precontractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), comply with applicable legal obligations and protect service security. They are not used for automated marketing.
Recipients and retention
Communications may be accessed by authorised NLR staff and technical providers to the extent necessary for their respective service. This website is hosted by Vercel; company email is provided through Hostinger.
Data is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship; legally regulated records follow the relevant statutory periods. No automated decisions are made.
Analytics and external links
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after your consent. You can reject or withdraw consent through Preferences.
Analytics are optional and based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Rejection does not restrict browsing. Their scripts do not load before acceptance. You can change your choice through Preferences in the footer; your choice is valid for 180 days. Withdrawal stops future collection without affecting earlier processing.
Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, together with Google LLC and providers identified in the applicable terms. It measures pages viewed, browser and device information, referral sources, contact actions and vehicle selections using pseudonymous identifiers. Site events do not contain names, emails, phone numbers or form values; reported URLs omit queries and fragments. This site does not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation, and automatic enhanced measurement is disabled.
User and event data retention is configured at 2 months, without resetting upon new activity. Standard aggregated reports follow the service’s rules and are not subject to this same limit. Site cookies expire within 12 months without renewal on every visit.

Microsoft Clarity
Provider: Microsoft Corporation. It analyses clicks, scrolling, navigation and technical information through heatmaps and session reconstructions. Strict masking of text and form values is enabled. This site does not send personal identifiers to Clarity, does not record pages containing queries or fragments and does not connect advertising integrations. Analytics consent is communicated to the service; advertising consent remains denied.
Microsoft’s stated retention: session playback for 30 days; click data and heatmaps, labelled, favourite or service-sampled sessions for up to 9 months.

Processing outside the European Economic Area
Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Maps and WhatsApp are external links, opened only after your click. When you open them, the selected service’s privacy information also applies. Form details are never sent automatically to WhatsApp.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection by contacting the controller. You can withdraw consent without affecting prior processing and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
